Full Packing
Our team packs the whole home, including fragile items.
Partial Packing
We pack only the parts you choose, usually the kitchen and fragile items. Cartons we pack are marked PBR (packed by removalist). Cartons you pack should be marked PBO (packed by owner), with the contents listed.
Unpacking Service Sydney
At the new home, our team unpacks the cartons for you. Unpacking can be booked together with packing or on its own.
How Our Professional Packers Handle Fragile Items
- Artwork, TVs and mirrors go into boxes made for them.
- Glassware is wrapped in packing paper and then boxed.
- Each carton weighs no more than 25 kg.
Who Is Covered if Something Breaks
Items we pack are fully covered.
Items you pack yourself are covered only if the carton suffers a physical impact, for example if it is dropped or crushed by our removalists. We cannot see how the contents were wrapped, so damage inside an undamaged box cannot be covered.
If You Pack Yourself
- Use sturdy moving cartons only. Nappy boxes and beer boxes are not accepted.
- Use moving bags with strong handles. Plastic and garbage bags are not accepted.
- Use plastic tubs only if both the tub and the lid are sturdy.
- Label fragile cartons clearly.
- Have everything packed before the crew arrives. If you are not ready and the team has other jobs that day, they may have to leave, and the deposit is lost.
Packing and Moving Services in One Booking
Our removalist packing service links straight into the move, so one team of packers and movers handles your goods from the first box to delivery.
- Local moves: our Sydney removalists load the cartons the day after packing.
- Interstate moves: our interstate removalists carry packed goods between states.
- Storage: packed goods can go into storage until the new home is ready.
- Rubbish: what you do not want to keep can go through our rubbish removal service.
We do not offer cleaning.
How Packing Day Works
The Day Before the Move
The packers arrive the day before your move. That way the removalists can start loading as soon as they get there on moving day.
What You Pay
Packing is charged by the hour or at a fixed price, depending on the job. Materials are added for what was used. A 10% fuel levy applies to all jobs. A standard travel fee of 1 hour applies to jobs within an hour of our depot. All prices include GST, and weekends cost the same as weekdays.
Deposit
A $100 deposit secures a local packing or unpacking booking and is deducted from the final bill.

Depending on the job, we can collect used boxes after the move. Materials can also be ordered on their own from our packing materials page.
Booking and Cancellation
Book 2 to 3 weeks ahead in normal months, and at least one month ahead for December and January.
Local bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with 5 business days’ notice. Deposits for December bookings are non-refundable.
