We work Saturdays at the normal weekday rate, so a business can close on Friday and open at the new address on Monday. All prices include GST.

What Our Office Relocation Services Cover
Our office removalists and office furniture movers handle desks and workstations, office chairs, filing cabinets, meeting tables, archive boxes, kitchen appliances and IT hardware.
Basic dismantling and reassembly of desks and tables is part of the job. Hard furniture goes into moving blankets, soft furniture is shrink wrapped, and every load is strapped inside the truck.
What We Do Not Do
We do not disconnect or reconnect computers, servers or other IT equipment. Ask your IT provider to unplug and label everything before moving day and to set it up again at the new office.
We do not take screens or brackets off walls. Our crew can hold a screen while your team removes the screws.
Crates and Boxes
Office moving crates are available for hire, and cardboard boxes can be bought from our packing materials range.
How We Plan an Office Move
Site Inspection
For fixed quotes, we inspect the office for free within 50 km of the Sydney CBD. For hourly quotes, the inspection is charged depending on the day and the distance.
Building Rules, Lifts and Loading Docks
On request, we send your building manager our arrival time and a copy of our public liability insurance. Lift and loading dock bookings are made by you with building management. Please tell us about any height, length or time limits before we confirm the truck size.
Moving Days
Monday to Saturday, same rate on Saturday. We do not work on Sundays and generally do not work after hours. Moves with a 10 tonne truck or larger, or with three or more removalists, start in the morning and no later than 10 am.
When to Book
2 to 3 weeks ahead in normal months. At least one month ahead for December and January.

Office Removalists Sydney Pricing
Every office relocation in Sydney has its own variables, so there is no flat price per desk. The cost depends on volume, access and distance, so we quote after we see the inventory or the site. Hourly rates are charged in 30-minute increments:
- Small truck with 2 removalists: $90 per half hour, minimum 3 hours
- Medium truck (6 to 8 tonne): $100 per half hour, minimum 4 hours
- Large truck (10 to 12 tonne) with 3 removalists: $110 per half hour, minimum 5 hours
- Extra large truck with 3 removalists: $150 per half hour, minimum 6 hours
Travel Fee and Extra Charges
A standard travel fee of 1 hour applies to jobs within an hour of the depot. Beyond that, we charge the actual travel time.
Dismantling and reassembly are included on hourly jobs and charged extra on fixed quotes. Extra fees apply only for bad access, a long walk from the truck, items over 150 kg, and paid parking where it is the only option. A 10% fuel levy applies to all jobs.
Deposit and Cancellation
Deposit: $200 for a small truck, $300 for a medium truck, $500 for large and extra large trucks. Fixed-price jobs: 50% upfront, the rest straight after loading. Local bookings can be moved or cancelled with 5 business days’ notice. Deposits for December moves are non-refundable.
Insurance on Every Office Move
- Public liability insurance: $20,000,000.
- Transit cover for goods in our care: $500,000.

What to Send Us for an Accurate Quote
- Number of desks and workstations, and a rough inventory or the cubic metre volume.
- Floor level at both addresses, the number of stairs, and whether there is a lift.
- Loading dock or parking details, including any height or time limits.
- Photos of any item over 150 kg, so we can quote it individually.
- Your preferred moving date, Monday to Saturday.
