What Can Change the Final Price
- Bad access, a long walk from the truck, and heavy items such as an upright piano, a fish tank, marble furniture or anything over 150 kg.
- Tolls are charged only if you ask the crew to take a toll road.
- Parking is charged only if there is no free parking at either address.
- A 10% fuel levy applies to all jobs.

How a Sydney Move Works on the Day
Arrival Times
- Morning slot: the crew arrives between 7 and 8 am or between 8 and 9 am.
- Afternoon slot: the crew arrives between 11 am and 3 pm.
Moves that need a 10 tonne truck or larger, or three or more removalists, are booked in the morning only.
How Time Is Counted
Time runs from when the crew arrives at your home until the last item is delivered, plus the travel fee. An accurate inventory list helps us send the right truck and crew.
Apartment and Strata Moves
We handle apartment moves and work within strata rules on lift use and time windows.
On request, we send the building manager our arrival time and a copy of our public liability insurance.
Lift bookings, lift protection and loading dock bookings are arranged by you with building management.

Same-day and next-day moves are possible when they are organised with our office in advance. We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and at least one month ahead for December and January.
